The panels are constructed from standard 1.2mm thick stainless steel sheets. The main frame utilizes 1.5mm stainless steel tubing compliant with national standards. The base plate is 6mm thick. Both inlet and outlet drive shafts are made of 45mm diameter 304 stainless steel. The conveyor belt features the latest 2021 nylon material, offering acid and alkali resistance, high tensile strength, and a service life of up to 10 years. The water pump is a Yuehua brand stainless steel food-grade pump (meeting national standard head requirements). Electrical components utilize imported Schneider equipment. The screen mesh features laser-perforated holes, and the transmission employs a K-series gearbox. Bearings are constructed from stainless steel.

1. The entire dishwasher unit (water tank, main frame, exterior, spray arms, conveyor track, etc.) is constructed from pure stainless steel for long-lasting durability;

2. Features a slanted-insert conveyor washing system with corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-tolerant mesh belts. Accommodates various dish shapes and sizes, including fast-food trays and platters, achieving zero breakage during cleaning. Minimum clearance height: 400mm;

3. The conveyor system incorporates automatic overload protection, allowing dishes and trays to be placed directly onto the belt;

4. The dishwasher's pump is an integrated unit with corrosion resistance exceeding that of stainless steel pumps, ensuring stable operation when washing lightweight tableware without overturning;
